Visit a district of Krakow called Nowa Huta - an ideal communist city designed and built during Stalin's regime and later where people were supposed to live according to a new social order. The city was the main showpiece of the communist propaganda but in 1980s it became the heart of the anti-communism struggle of the Polish nation. It's a unique area in Europe! During the tour we will see:

- The Central Square

- Rose Avenue

- The Cross defended by people of Nowa Huta

- The People's Theatre

- The Tank

- The Ark of Lord Church

and many others!

We will talk about:

- life under communism
- the red terror
- absurds and relicts of the communist era
- memorial places
- the fight for independence
